Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and I am most popular with my followers. I post about my daily life, positive and negative. In 1990 I moved to America along with my brother and parents as I reached the age of one and half. Without my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be with you sharing my life. In order to give them an opportunity to live a prospering future, I aimed on success and worked hard to achieve it. I had a plan to go to school to graduate, and then get an excellent job. And then I wanted a wife and kids. My plan for success was to go to college, graduate and get an executive job. I would then marry, buy a house and have kids. But life had different plans. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job. The money and the status did not bring me joyIt was that I was throwing my life away for a paycheck even though I knew I was destined for something more. In 2013, I discovered that my true passion was exercising. I also enjoyed having fun and being able to aid other people. On the path towards this new direction in life, I found the personal training I needed. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014 I began my own small business. It is rare to find Asian women working in this industry. My aim in the industry is to help create a sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their desires and accomplish all they wish to in life. When my professional career began to take off, I had one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's passing away. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is now resting in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Life's lessons often go unnoticed however they are highly valuable. My mother's sudden death that changed me forever. And I really believe I was given a second chance to live my the next stage of my life. The day she died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. To me, it was my second chance to live a full and happy life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is a sense of vitality and awareness. It feels like I'm truly living rather than just surviving. As I tell my story I hope my words will resonate with yours. I hope that my words will make you aware that you're never alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish everything you desire. My hope is that you live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets because that's all you can count on for the rest of our lives.
