It was clear that music is a non-feminine place to be in and so accepting this type of femininity has been an interesting and challenging experience for me. The notion that I can be feminine, strong, as well as soft, yet be able to take care of myself, without reducing myself, was an uphill task for me. It was lots of pleasure to walk around in heels an outfit, and wear soft fabrics and curls every day. It was quite stressful, as I'm younger than others in Fantastic Beasts]; there is plenty of stress. This was quite a shock, but I felt like a force was pushing me upwards. I was either going to get crushed under it or crumble from how badly I longed for this role, as well as how big it was. You can go for days wandering around, visiting museums, parks and coffee shops and simply observing the people. London is a city in which there are people everywhere. In LA it's possible to be alone however, you're at the center of it all. I love watching the people around me. Being from the world of music, I'm always surrounded with males. It's as if being with men is intimate. The book was a dream come true for myself. I've read a few of the tours' books, in fact, and it's really lovely to have that kind of universe to escape to in the midst of a the road, you're moving from one place to another but it's also very disorienting, then being able to escape to this vivid and inspiring world when you sleep in your bunk is really quite lovely.
